He has been driving navigation and intra op Imaging Technology (Intra Op MRI), with Intra Op Monitoring for safe and effective resection of Gliomas and Pituitary tumors for the last 15 years and pioneered the use of endoscopic neurosurgery from NIMHANS since 1997 for use in various areas like hydrocephalus, endonasal surgeries for pituitary tumors and intraventricular tumors like colloid cysts
