Dr. Archit Pandit is one of the leading Surgical Oncologists of the country. His focussed areas of expertise include, GI, Gynaecological & Breast Cancer, Laparoscopic Cancer Surgeries, Gastro-Esophageal Cancer, Robotic Cancer Surgeries, Urological cancers and Head & Neck Cancer, to mention a few. He has the distinction of having performed more than 10,000 surgeries during his career spanning about a decade and a half. Dr. Archit has also been conferred with the “Best Outgoing Surgeon” award in Karnataka by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. He has numerous degrees and certificates including MBBS followed by MS in General Surgery from J. N. Medical College, Belgaum, and training in Surgical Oncology from AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Archit has also been bestowed with a number of fellowships which include, Thoracoscopic Lung Cancer Surgery from Thoracic Surgery and Lung Transplant Department, Yonsei University Severance Hospital, Seoul and Minimally Invasive Gastro Esophageal Cancer Surgeries from National Cancer Center, Tokyo. He has also won the best video award at the Indian Cancer Congress, 2013 and ACOS, 2016. Dr. Archit, as a recognised mentor, has conducted mentorship programmes on Laparoscopic Cancer Surgeries and Live Operative Workshops of Laparoscopic Whipple's Procedure, Thoraco-laparoscopic Esophageal Surgeries and Colorectal Cancer Surgeries on multiple occasions. He also has to his credit many publications of high impact national and international journals.
