Dr. Ashok Gupta is a Laparoscopic Surgeon with a successful career stint of more than 36 years.He received his M.B.B.S degree in 1983 and M.S in General Surgery in 1987 from GSVM Medical College, Kanpur. He laid the foundation of his career at GSVM College under Prof. Tara Chand –a renowned surgeon, where he gained experience in General Surgery, including management of very complicated cases. Trained in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery under laparoscopic surgeon Dr. Mohan Chellape of Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore and Dr. Leonard Shults of USA, Dr. Ashok Gupta has performed more than 5000 surgeries since 1993 including cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, Herniorrhaphy, Intestinal surgery and many more. As an expert in Advanced Laparoscopic surgery, Dr. Ashok Gupta has carried out more than 2500 Laparoscopic surgeries.He has also received hands-on training in Robotic Surgery at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Fortis Healthcare, New Delhi.Presently attached with a Saket city hospital and Max Panchsheel hospital
