Dr. Shandip Kumar Sinha is a Paediatric surgeon and Paediatric urologist who has special interest in minimally invasive pediatric surgery, paediatric endourology and reconstructive pediatric urology, and practices at Madhukar Rainbow Children Hospital, Malviya Nagar, Delhi as senior consultant Paediatric Surgeon. He has vast experience in performing laparoscopic and thoracoscopic surgery for diseases like Hirschsprung disease, Choledochal cyst, undescended testes, hernia, rectal prolapse, appendix, gallstone, congenital diaphragmatic hernias, foregut duplications, hydatid cyst lung and many other diseases in children. He is the first to operate a neonate with tracheoesophageal fistula thoracoscopically in Delhi and NCR. His other areas of interest include reconstructive and endoscopic Pediatric Urology. He is also well versed in Pediatric Endourology and has regularly performed cystoscopy and ureteroscopy for diseases like a posterior urethral valve and ureterocele. He is also one of the few pediatric surgeons periodically performing laparoscopic pyeloplasty for PUJ obstruction in infants and small children.
