Dr. Guleria is currently associated with the Institute of Transplant at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals in New Delhi as a Senior Transplant Surgeon. He led the team that performed India's first two Kidney Pancreas Transplants. In New Delhi, he also pioneered Cadaveric Renal Transplantation. Expert in kidney transplants, dialysis, renal transplants, and URS (therapeutic). In addition, the "DONOR CARD" was introduced in the city of New Delhi. He founded the All India Institute of Medical Sciences' Pediatric Transplant Unit, as well as the All India Institute of Medical Sciences' Laparoscopic Donor Nephrectomy Program.
